Masters Choice is interesting hair with distinctive markings and a firm semi-rigid line, made from a mix of male and female badger hair.

Hair is responsive, yet firm, allowing tonal values and highlights to be added. They are tough.

This 'longer' style from the 279 Series was designed and developed with the help of some of America's best oil painters. The intention was clear. A brush that contained a lot of paint, was soft to smudge and hit the edges and did not shed hair on all of his paintings.
